About Me

Professional Background

I’m Yussif Jaber, a senior IT Infrastructure and Security professional focused on building resilient, secure, and scalable systems that support real organizational outcomes.

Over the past eight years, I’ve worked across network engineering, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and operational delivery — partnering closely with technical leadership to design, stabilize, and evolve complex production environments. My work spans enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud platforms, security architecture, automation, and high-availability systems, with an emphasis on sustainability, reliability, and long-term operational clarity.

I currently serve at Nesma Injazat, operating across Cyber Security Engineering, Solution Architecture, Systems Engineering, and Network Engineering functions. My role involves second- and third-line engineering support for large-scale infrastructure platforms, advanced troubleshooting across data flows and system integrations, and the continuous improvement of platform reliability, security posture, and architectural integrity.

Prior to this, I supported the corporate IT operations of Milo & Dexter, where I helped modernize internal systems, build digital platforms, and support operational growth across both technical and customer-facing environments. That experience strengthened my ability to translate technical decisions into tangible business impact — not only from an engineering perspective, but from a product and operational lens as well.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Information Systems and Network Management, completed through SAIT and NAIT in Alberta. My technical foundation spans enterprise networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, automation, monitoring, and security — but more importantly, I approach technology as a living system that must be designed with intent, governance, and adaptability.

Outside of pure engineering, I’m deeply interested in systems thinking, institutional resilience, human stewardship, and the role technology plays in shaping trust, scale, and long-term societal outcomes. I value craftsmanship, clarity, and responsibility in how systems are built and maintained.

If you’re interested in infrastructure architecture, operational strategy, security design, or thoughtful systems engineering — I’m always open to meaningful conversations.
